Chloral Reset
I use reverse osmosis water for my aquarium. Is there any benefit to still using a conditioner like Chloral Reset?
No. Reverse osmosis systems include a carbon filtration stage that removes chlorine from the water. Therefore, when using properly filtered RO water, an additional chlorine conditioner such as Chloral Reset is generally not necessary.
Why is the colour of my Chloral Reset different than my last box? Is that normal?
Yes, this is normal. Due to the use of natural active ingredients, slight color variations may occur between batches. This does not affect the product’s quality or effectiveness.
Is it possible to overdose Chloral Reset?
There is no significant risk of overdosing Chloral Reset under normal use. In the case of excessive dosing, there may be a temporary surplus of sodium thiosulfate in the water. This compound will naturally degrade over time or be removed during the next water change. It does not pose a long-term risk to aquarium inhabitants.
