How should I store my Prodibio products?
For optimal results, Prodibio products should be stored at a temperature between 10°C (50°F) and 30°C (86°F). Do not expose the products to freezing temperatures or excessive heat, and avoid sudden temperature fluctuations.
What is the shelf life for Prodibio ampoules?
When stored under the recommended conditions, Prodibio ampoules have a shelf life of up to five years.
Why is Prodibio supplied in ampoules?
Ampoule packaging is the most effective way to preserve the full quality and long-term viability of the live bacteria. Each ampoule contains a precise single dose, allowing you to use only what is needed while storing the remaining ampoules safely at room temperature without risk of degradation. This format is also highly economical and convenient.
How do I open the ampoule?
Hold the ampoule over the aquarium. Using the rubber insert supplied with Prodibio, place it over one end of the ampoule and snap it open. Rotate the ampoule so that the opened end is facing downward above the water. Then place the insert over the second end and snap it open. The contents will automatically flow into the aquarium.
